Shipping & Delivery
Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 48 hours. For your convenience we have estimated freight at 30% of the merchandise value, up to $10k. Contact our staff for a free shipping estimate on orders over 10k. Orders to the Pacific Northwest States such as California may incur additional shipping charges. If your shipping charge will be higher than stated we will contact you before processing your order. Exact freight quotes are available from our sales staff.

Our experienced sales representative will determine the best shipping method.
For faster delivery methods, air delivery options are available for an additional charge. Requests for parcel post shipments may incur additional fees. Please note the normal shipping does not include lift gate service or inside delivery. Be sure to have enough help available to assist with unloading truck carrier shipments.

All merchandise should be inspected by the consigner upon arrival. The carrier (freight or trucking company) is responsible for the safe delivery of goods. If boxes arrive damaged please refuse the shipment & contact Restaurant Furniture Warehouse.

Privacy & Security
Restaurant Furniture Warehouse is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. We take precautions to protect your information.

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Returns & Replacements
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Restaurant Furniture Warehouse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the error is ours. If a defect is noticed, it should be reported to Restaurant Furniture Warehouse within 10 days of arrival. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no charge.

How to return an item:

1. Contact RestaurantFurnitureWarehouse.com customer service department by phone or e-mail to obtain a return number.
2. Mark the box clearly with return authorization number.
3. Ship the item back via UPS/DHL or USPS to the address given to you by our representative.

RestaurantFurnitureWarehouse.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse after inspection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Most 24”counter stools are non- returnable (except for damage) since they are custom cut.

Closeout items are non-returnable.

Items Returned More Than 30 Days After Receipt Will Not Be Refunded.

Ordering
Restaurant Furniture Warehouse accepts orders of any size, subject to availability. However, due to our low wholesale prices, we are forced to charge a surcharge of $10/item on orders of less than twelve items, excluding table and chair sets.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept all major credit cards or certified checks as method of payment. Merchandise held in the warehouse for more than 15 days at a customers request will require a 50% deposit.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Checks: Prepayment may be made via check, money order or by wire transfer. While we attempt to bank approve checks for immediate shipment, this may not always possible and we may hold your order for approval.

Credit Cards Payment: Restaurant Furniture Warehouse accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please provide the credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/evening phone number. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we cancel the order.

Sales Tax: Restaurant Furniture Warehouse collects sale tax on orders in the state of New Jersey. Also, certain factories charge sales tax on ship direct orders into New Jersey states. Ask your Sales Representative for details.
